1 Kristin Noble

Sport: Tennis

Hometown: Las Cruces, New Mexico Class: Freshman

A hometown favorite, Noble is a freshman tennis player at TheUniversity of Memphis after capping off a stellar prep career atHouston High School last year. Noble posted a 13-7 record insingles this year and went 2-0 at the SIU-Carbondale teamtournament and her 3-0 at the U of M/Varsity Pro Shop Invite, whereshe claimed her first singles title. Noble was named a Best ofPreps in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons with the Mustangsand, as a senior, she captured the TSSAA State Championship, whichshe said was her greatest accomplishment to date.

2 Raven Rogers

Sport: Basketball

Hometown: Jackson, Mississippi

Class: Sophomore

In her freshman year Rogers played in 27 of 28 games and was thesecond leading freshman scorer. As a sophomore Rogers was the fifthleading scorer on the Lady Tigers with 158 points. Rogers was afour year letterwinner at Murrah High School in Jackson were shewon a district championship and state championship.

3 Brittany Barnett

Sport: Volleyball

Hometown: Arlington, Texas

Class: Junior

Barnett is a junior outside hitter for the U of M volleyball teamwhere she serving up 32 service aces, downed 115 kills and posted20 total blocks from the back row. Barnett was named to theConference-USA All-Freshman team in 2000 and earned a spot on theCommissioner's Honor Roll in 2000 and 2001.

4 Veronica Ruiz

Sport: Soccer

Class: Junior

This 5 foot spark plug has used her speed to help out the soccerteam for two years. With her versatility, Ruiz has played almostevery position on the field.

5 Heather Watts

Sport: Volleyball

Hometown: Murray, Utah

Class: Sophomore

This year, as a sophomore, Watts accomplishments on the volleyballcourt were almost as impressive as her success in the classroom.Watts was named as a Commissioner's Academic Medalist, and placedon the Commissioner's Honor Roll, the Verizon Academic All-DistrictIV First Team, Tiger Academic 30 and the Tiger 3.0 Club. Watts wasone of three Tigers to play in all 128 games this season and wasnamed to four all-tournament teams.
