Instead, the group displayed their arrogance and ignorance ofthe situation that most African-Americans face in present daysociety.
Affirmative Action is a helpful tool in ensuring diversity notonly on college campuses nationwide, but it also helps to providean equal opportunity for African-Americans who would otherwise bediscriminated against.
Opposing Affirmative Action is like saying discrimination nolonger exists in America.
We can take a look at statistics within corporate America tojustify that the playing field for whites and African-Americans isunevern.
Whites would not know this due to the fact that they are not theones being denied equal opportunities whe it comes to employmentand promotion in the workplace.
Affirmative Action does not only benefit African-Americans, italso provides equal opportunities for white women, gays andhandicapped.
