Dear Editor:
OK, while you were fighting a black racist you should have been fighting the idea to write that commentary. The headline was cute, but too bad it can't be true.
You see while the man may not have liked what he saw, what power did he have? I'll ask that you not be fooled by Webster's definition; racism is power.
And the day that we have some of that, that is when, and only when, I, along with that black man will be equal with that "white guy" and your "white friend's fiance" and your white friend.
So while the word black juxtaposed to racist was eyecatching and enticing enough to make me read your sorry commentary, I must say the article said more about you, Miss Jervette, than the "black racist."
