I agree with yesterday's editorial that our Tigers played one heck of a game and we should be proud of them and all of the students who came out to support them.
However, basketball season is finally upon us and I am so excited, as I'm sure many of you are. We have a great new coach and a talented team. Last Thursday's exhibition game had a pretty good student turnout.
There is only one problem: Calipari wants the students to stand up and yell and cheer, because it is after all, our school, but some of the event staff told me that our seats are being moved to behind the goalpost. Is that what we deserve? NO! So everyone come out Wednesday night and support your team. Prove to Calipari that we deserve those seats and let's make him proud to call us his student section!
