I am writing this letter to publicly congratulate the Honors Program Directors for officially giving every member of the Honors Program the name and e-mail address of every other member. Since their helpful early registration confirmation e-mail has come out, I, along with the rest of the honors program have been the joyous recipient of two "get rich quick" pyramid scheme chain letters with countless others surely on their way.
Unfortunately, since I am pretty sure that passing out this mailing list violates some privacy regulation or at least offends decorum, perhaps in the future someone in Jones Hall will look up what "blind carbon copy" means, and spare us future opportunities for such pleasant surprises as having our non-memphis.edu addresses distributed to random strangers. I for one could
certainly live without it.
