Campus Police Services is asking University of Memphis students for help.
A woman reported spotting an exhibitionist who was reported earlier this semester in The Daily Helmsman.
The man was seen driving a blue, rusted Volkswagen Rabbit and asked the victim for directions to the Mall of Memphis.
The victim said the man had no facial hair and looked dirty.
She said the man had a small child in the car with him.
