Congratulations must be sent to The U of M Theatre and Music Departments for their joint venture in the production of "Sweeney Todd"! Together, they have pooled their resources and talents, to produce a show equal to those on Broadway!
Over the last five years a positive change in the quality of the theatre and music presentations being produced here at The U of M has become evident. My husband Ken and I look forward to each year with great anticipation! Although we like the theatre and opera productions equally well, I believe you have found the right combination in jointly producing a Broadway play!
The house was SOLD OUT and gave a standing ovation the minute the play was over!
You guys were just great! You have done yourself and your university proud!
